What are you reading Wednesday – 7/8/15
What Are You Reading Wednesdays is a weekly meme hosted by Its A Reading Thing. To participate, open the book you are currently reading to page 34 (or 34% in your ebook) and answer these three questions. If you have a blog, leave a link down in the comments so that others can visit and see your post. If not, just leave a note with your answers.
The Questions are:
1. What’s the name of your current read?
2. Go to page 34 in your book or 34% in your eBook and share a complete sentence. (or two!)
3. Would you like to live in the world that exists within your book? Why or why not?
My answers for this week:
1. Somebody I used to Know by David Bell
Released today, but I have an ARC and I’m halfway through! It’s turning out to be a quick read because it is hard to put down. 🙂
2. “It’s not those things.” She kept poking the ice. “I don’t want to be…complacent.”
3. Sure – nothing wrong with the setting in this one. There are some unsettling things going on, but they could occur anywhere…
So, what are you reading this Wednesday? Leave me a comment to let me know!
Somebody I used to know was my last read and review. LOVED it! Can’t wait to see what you have to say 🙂
Currently reading Dead Girl Walking by Sharon Sant
“You stopped breathing, Cassie.”
“No,” I croak, “it was her, she was strangled.”
Part of me thinks that I would love to live in Cassie’s world, while part of me thinks that it would be terrifying to live as her. (Don’t want to expand on reasonings and spoil the book for others :))

1) Funding the Dead by Sheila Connolly. Book 1 in the Museum Mystery Series.
2) “He was right. Finding Alfred Findley dead and then uncovering what might be a major mess in [our] collections had disrupted my sleep and distracted me at work.”
3) The story takes place in Philadelphia, PA and I’m not really a big city girl, so in that regard I wouldn’t want to live there, but maybe in a nice part of the city? Who knows? 😉

Hi Erika,
I really enjoyed it and plan to read more in the series. There are fun characters and I’m enjoying getting a feel for the behind the scenes life at a small museum.
