My Bookish Christmas List – #TTT

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Every Tuesday they post a new Top Ten list prompt. This week’s theme is Top Ten Books I’d Like to Find Under the Tree. I could go way past 10 with this one… 🙂

Be sure to leave a link to your own post or a comment to let me know which books you’re hoping to receive this holiday season!

10. This B&N copy of A Christmas Carol and other Christmas Classics. I have a leather-bound edition that I’m always afraid I’ll ruin by reading it too often, so I’d love a less expensive copy to read every year. (plus, mine doesn’t contain the other stories in this edition!)

9. & 8.  These B&N Star Wars and Doctor Who Collectible Editions. I’m torn between R2-D2 and Darth Vader….

7. The Magic of Math – don’t laugh. I actually LOVE numbers!
The Magic of Math: Solving for x and Figuring Out Why

6. A copy of the Illustrated Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: The Illustrated Edition (Harry Potter Series #1)

5. Jane and the 12 Days of Christmas by Stephanie Barron. This would be perfect to read while spending Christmas Day in my PJ’s.

4. My local Barnes and Noble has signed copies of Slade House by David Mitchell. I’ve been dropping not-so-subtle hints…

3. A Vision of Fire by Gillian Anderson – loved her as Scully, I’d like to see if she can write!
A Vision of Fire (EarthEnd Saga #1)

2. Any book on Zentangle. For some reason I’ve had an urge to doodle lately! (I’ve posted a couple of my recent Zentangle’s on Instagram)

1. The Fifth Heart by Dan Simmons – I’ve been seeing this one all over and I really want to read it! 🙂

  2. If you love numbers, I read a good book a couple of years ago called Alex’s Adventures in Numberland by Alex Bellos. I haven’t been able to recommend it to anyone because I thought people would just roll their eyes at me! If you haven’t read it already, I recommend it. It was really interesting 🙂
