  1. Wow, I’ll take a Julian Barnes book anytime I can get one! Thanks for the opportunity (and it just so happens I haven’t read this one yet).

    My vote goes to the film, Wild, with Reese Witherspoon. I thought it was a great adaptation of the book, though possibly made the writer a bit more sympathetic. Not necessarily a bad thing. And, as an avid hiker, I loved the visuals.
