Friday Feature and Follow – 9/18/15

Alison Can Read Feature & FollowFeature and Follow Friday is hosted by fellow bloggers Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. Every Friday they feature one or two bloggers and pose a question for other participating bloggers to answer. It’s a chance to find some new blogs to visit, and gain some new followers in return.

This week’s featured blog is I Heart Reading  – be sure to visit them and check out the feature on the hosts’ pages.

Here’s this week’s question for participants: Help us give our Feature Interview Questions a fresh look! What questions do you think we should ask our weekly features?

My suggestion – Have you ever been surprised by a book you didn’t think you were going to like? (because it wasn’t your preferred genre, or you were only reading it based on a friend’s recommendation, etc…)

  1. Great question! I grabbed & read my hubby’s book since i didn’t have one of mine to hand/finished mine (i think we were travelling) it was called Emperor – The Death of Kings. I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was, the Genre’s i read are far different to that!

Absolutely lovely blog, following via WordPress & link within my ‘Blogs’ page. I’m new to this FF, glad to have stumbled across you.

    1. Hi Rose – thanks for following! I’m following you back. I’ve been asked to read and review a few books that weren’t my normal genre, and have been pleasantly surprised. Reviewing has turned out to be a good way to try some things I would not normally have picked up.
